Changes in the amendment are related to nonmonetary investments, transaction between company and interconnected persons with the company (liability and transfer of property).

Chamber of Deputies negotiates over a proposal of amendment to an Act no. 513/1991 of the Commercial Code. The main objective of this amendment is to transpose amendment of the commercial and legal directive number 2006/68/ES into the Czech legal system.
